How do I permanently delete my account?

    If you want to permanently delete your iROOMit account, you can do so through the mobile app or website. This action is irreversible and will delete all your data, including your profile, messages, and listings. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. If you plan on coming back later and wish to preserve your data, you should deactivate your account instead.

    Delete Your Account on the Mobile App

    1. Tap the "More..." tab in the bottom right corner.
    2. Scroll all the way down to Advanced Settings.
    3. Tap Delete account instead.
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions, confirming that you understand this is permanent and cannot be undone.

    Delete Your Account on the Website

    1. Go to the iROOMit website and log into your account.
    2. Navigate to your Account Dashboard.
    3. In the left sidebar, click "Account Settings".
    4. Click "Deactivate Account".
    5. On the next screen, select "Delete my account instead".
    6. Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm that you understand this is irreversible.

    Once deleted, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from iROOMit.
