If you no longer wish to use iROOMit, you can deactivate your account through the mobile app or website. Deactivating your account will hide your profile and listings from searches, but your data will be preserved in case you decide to return later.
Deactivate Your Account on the Mobile App
- Tap the "More..." tab in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll all the way down to Advanced Settings.
- Tap Deactivate My Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deactivation.
Deactivate Your Account on the Website
- Navigate to your Account Dashboard.
- In the left sidebar, click "Account Settings".
- Scroll down and click "Deactivate Account".
- Click the "Deactivate my Account" button to confirm.
Your account will be hidden from searches and inactive, but you can reactivate it anytime by logging back in.
