How you cancel your VIP membership depends on how it was purchased:
- Apple App Store: If you subscribed via an Apple device, you must cancel through App Store Subscriptions on the same or another Apple device linked to your Apple ID.
- Google Play Store: If you subscribed via a Google device, you must cancel through Google Play Subscriptions on any device linked to your Google account.
- Website: If you purchased VIP via the iROOMit website, you can cancel through Stripe from any device.
How to Cancel Your VIP Membership
On the Mobile App:
- Open the More... tab at the bottom right.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced Settings.
- Tap Manage VIP Subscription to be directed to the correct store settings.
On the Website:
- Visit your Account Dashboard.
- Click Account Settings (at the bottom of the left sidebar).
- Select Manage VIP Subscription to proceed with cancellation.
⚠️ Important: If you subscribed via the mobile app, you must use the App Store or Google Play to manage your subscription. The website cannot process mobile app cancellations.
