How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it from the iROOMit mobile app or website. Follow the steps below:

Reset Password on the Mobile App

1. Open the iROOMit app.
2. On the Login screen, tap "Forgot your Password?"
   
3. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.
4. If an account is found, a 6-digit reset code will be sent to your email or phone.
5. Enter the 6-digit code on the verification screen.

6. On the next screen, enter your new password and confirm it.

7. Tap "Okay" to save your new password.
8. You can now log in using your new password.

Reset Password on the Website

1. Go to the iROOMit website and navigate to the Login screen.
2. Click "Forgot your Password?"
   
3. Enter the email address or phone number linked to your account, and hit Enter on your keyboard.
4. If an account exists, a 6-digit reset code will be sent to your email or phone.
5. Enter the 6-digit code on the verification screen.

6. On the next screen, create a new password and confirm it.

7. Click "Change Password" to update your password.
8. You can now log in with your new credentials.
