If you cannot find a profile that you favourited, it’s likely because the user has either deactivated or deleted their profile. In some cases, they may have also blocked you, which removes their profile from your view.
If the user reactivates their account, their profile may become visible again. Otherwise, we recommend exploring new matches and continuing your search for the right flatmate or rental!
