How do I update my payment information?

Updating your payment method depends on how you purchased your VIP membership:

  • Apple App Store: If you subscribed via an Apple device, update your payment method through App Store Subscriptions on the same or another Apple device linked to your Apple ID.
  • Google Play Store: If you subscribed via a Google device, update your payment method through Google Play Subscriptions on any device linked to your Google account.
  • Website: If you purchased VIP via the iROOMit website, update your payment details through Stripe from any device.

Updating Your Payment Information

On the Mobile App:

  1. Open the More... tab at the bottom right.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced Settings.
  3. Tap Manage VIP Subscription to be directed to the correct store settings.

On the Website:

  1. Visit your Account Dashboard.
  2. Click Account Settings (at the bottom of the left sidebar).
  3. Select Manage VIP Subscription to update your payment method.

⚠️ Important: If you subscribed via the mobile app, you must update your payment method through the App Store or Google Play. The website cannot process payment updates for mobile app subscriptions.
