How do I enable notifications?

Mobile App (iOS & Android)

When you sign into or create an account on the iROOMit mobile app for the first time, you will be asked to allow notifications.

  • If you allowed notifications: You’re all set!
  • If you denied notifications and want to enable them later:
    • iOS:
      1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
      2. Scroll down and tap iROOMit.
      3. Tap Notifications and toggle Allow Notifications on.
    • Android:
      1. Open Settings on your Android device.
      2. Go to Apps (or Apps & notifications).
      3. Find and tap iROOMit.
      4. Tap Notifications and enable them.

Web (Desktop & Laptop)

When signing into iROOMit on your web browser for the first time, your browser will ask if you want to allow notifications. Most browsers will display this question below the URL bar.

  • If you allowed notifications: You’re good to go!
  • If you denied notifications and want to enable them later:
    • Google Chrome:
      1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
      2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.
      3. Under Permissions, click Notifications.
      4. Find iROOMit and set it to Allow.
    • Firefox:
      1. Click the menu button (☰) and select Settings.
      2. Go to Privacy & Security.
      3. Under Permissions, find Notifications and click Settings.
      4. Find iROOMit and change the status to Allow.
    • Microsoft Edge:
      1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
      2. Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Notifications.
      3. Under Allow, add iROOMit if it’s not listed.
    • Safari (Mac):
      1. Open Safari and go to Preferences > Websites > Notifications.
      2. Find iROOMit and change the setting to Allow.

Once enabled, you should start receiving notifications from iROOMit about matches and new messages!
